This page explains what happens to your email address when you request early access to Rep-On. The app itself has its own privacy terms, shown when you create an account.
What we collect
Your email address, the language you used, and when you requested and confirmed access. That's all. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers.
Why
Only to invite you to the Rep-On beta and to email you about that invitation. We never sell your address or use it for anything else. We process it with your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your email.
How long
Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed requests are kept until you're invited or remove yourself, and are deleted when the beta ends.
Who helps us
Cloudflare serves this site and runs Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that you're a person. Railway hosts our database in the EU (Amsterdam). Resend sends our emails.
Your rights
You can remove your email at any time with the link in every email we send, or by contacting us. You can also ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
